Well-established IT company looking to hire a FT Scheduler to join our team ASAP. The ideal candidate must possess some customer service and clerical skills for this position. Must be reliable and dependable.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
● Scheduling orders over the phone (Inbound and outbound calls)
● Assisting customer with inquiries and concern pertaining their orders
● Updating Company database and share documents
● Email Communication
Job requirement:
● 2 + years of Customer Service experience
● Computer knowledge
● Professional phone etiquette
● Ability to multitask and work in high pace environment
● Proficiency with Microsoft Office
● Previous Help Desk experience a plus
● H.S. diploma required
Must be committed to work Mon. thru Fri. between 8 AM to 5PM
